Thanks for your works, please tell me after you paid, we can delivery within 7 working days after we get your payment.  We don't need your import code, DHL will do the custom clearance then notice you pay the tax (if it need). We don't know Dubai custom clearance details, our other customer never feedback this issue.

Because Wireless is not stable like wired, so we don't promote it, you can first test it.

If using SC5A20A housing + 2MP 1080P 25fps Sony sensor, PoE, the model is SC5A21, the price can be same as SC5S21B, but the wall bracket need USD1.5,  this model IR light is better than SC4821A.

IP camera connect to NVR, then NVR auto connect to Internet via P2P, then the user can visit NVR all channels video via IE, IMS300 on Windows, iOS/Android APP, but we don't have Macbook CMS version.

This should be either today or tomorrow and immediately the payment shall be made. Once you have received the payment, how long will it take for us to receive the items ? Also, do you need any import code or license to send the items to us (we don’t want any issues in customs – you must be shipping a lot in Dubai so you must be aware of).
 
Please note:
 
1.       SC4213NK NVR Kit – We will not go for software customization for this kit. However, we would need our metal logo on the camera and the NVR unit. Is the software completely different than IMS300 ? We just want to test the stability and WiFi range of the cameras and NVR in wireless mode. Currently this is for our testing mainly. There are many of our customers who prefers wireless cameras and Wireless NVR with same remote monitoring capabilities. Hence, we are also looking to find the suitable solution. Are you aware of any such solution which you can recommend me ?
 
2.       If SC5A20A is coming without the wall mount bracket then please also share the price of the complete camera module (2MP Sony Sensor and main board to stream at 25fps) along with housing and its wall mount bracket. If the price is same as SC5S21B of the complete set then we should be okay to select the same. We also do not prefer a big difference in the size of bullet camera. SC4821A seems to be much smaller and compact in size compared to SC5A20A. We look forward for your inputs.
 
Also just one thing – The cameras connected to the NVR (mentioned in the PI) – NVR shall be connected to Internet (Does it need any special internet connection like password protected or something ?) – Using P2P ID of the NVR, user shall be able to log in the NVR from their iOS/Android app (VSS mobile) or from Laptop (Windows – IMS300 and for MACBook –please let us know) via 3G/4G connectivity – Once they log in they will be able to see all the cameras connected to that NVR. – Is this the correct way or we are missing something ?

I'm glad for you can increase the quantity, but the price is not correct. The camera models you choose are our cheapest products, the normal price are based on MOQ 100nos, if you can't reach the MOQ, we can't give you the bottom price, otherwise, we don't have profit. the correct price is:
SC5S21C for 30nos is USD33;
SC4821A(SC4820A+PoE) for 20nos is USD36, SC4820A is without PoE, the bottom price for MOQ 100nos  is USD29.7, PoE plus USD4, total is USD33.7, you only buy 20nos, we only can give you USD36; 
 
NVR price is OK.
 
In addition, SC4213NK NVR KITS use different hardware solution and software & APP,  software customization is difficult, if you must use your logo on the software, the MOQ is 1,000pcs,  I don't advise you to promote this model.  
 
SC5A20 issue: we only need this housing, we can install 2MP Sony sensor & 1080P mainboard,  you can check the model name SC5A21 in our price list, the image quality is better, the size is bigger, but it is without bracket.
 
Our factory will stop around half month during Chinese new year festival, in addition, the factory will be very busy before the festival, because we have to finish all orders.

SC5A20A is only capable to generate 15fps in total. That is the issue. Also, the picture does not allow us to understand whether it comes with the wall mount bracket or not and it seems to be much bigger in size compared to SC4820A. Will the image quality be really low from SC4820A compared with SC5A20A?
 
I had internal discussion with our departments and we can go for more quantity. But because this is the first order we cannot meet the MOQ now. However, in our 2nd order, if the products offers stable performance and good image quality then we will surely do so in future. As I have shared our projection and forecast with you earlier, we can assure you of at least  2000+ units in 2018 itself. We would like to fasten the 1st order process and would need delivery in 1 week time with our logo on the IPC and NVR. Hence, I request you to please finalize the order with best price this time so that we can really look forward for a long term healthy business relationship. As per the details which you have shared earlier with us, SC5S21C is equipped with Sony Low Light IMX323 sensor itself and that is why we chose this model. The requirement is for residential areas and the qty. is huge so we need to choose the most cost effective model which has stable performance and clear image quality. For our regular tender evaluated projects, we shall be considering the Series 6000/5000 camera models. We understand that SC4820A is equipped with different ship (3516C+2035). Will there be considerable low image quality from SC4820A model (these cameras shall be installed in outdoor environment) ? Is there any bullet style 2MP camera which is available with Sony IMX sensor in the same price range as of SC5S21C and you can recommend ?
 
What is the technical difference between SC5S21C and SC5S21B ?
 
In the WiFi kit, it is mentioned that the WiFi range is up to 100 meters. We understand that if there is no line of sight due to walls or partitions etc. between the camera and the NVR then this WiFi range will reduce. Which is the safe distance we should consider for this when there are walls and obstructions between WiFi Camera and WiFi NVR (SC4213NK). Also, are there any WiFi range extenders which can be used to increase the signal strength or this WiFi distance ?
 
Please consider the below BOM for the order which will be for demo set up at customer location:

We understand that IMX is better but still we wanted to test because the camera qty. required in the complete project is huge. 1. Logo: if you only need metal logo on your products, you only need to pay 100USD in first order, it can make approximate 500pcs logo, so we don't collect charge for later 500pcs order. But if you need to put your logo on the software, you need to reach up the MOQ
2. Our default NVR Android & iOS APP is no brand, logo and company information, you can download it now from App store or Google Play.

Android version is not difficult. You can use your brand on products housing, software UI, and Android APP. Of course,  if you can pay a huge of development OEM charge, iOS APP is also possible.

Regarding the branding of products, we request you to re-consider the MOQs and also share further details on your neutral App and CMS. This is quite a mandatory requirement for us and the reason is explained below:
 
We have got a huge potential requirement of securing 3-4 Villa community in Dubai which comprises of minimum nearly 8000+ Villas which also includes IP CCTV camera solution. Of course, this is going to be phase by phase but the Villas are ready and there won’t be much hindrance in terms of owners and developers. The approvals are in place already with us. Hence, for this huge requirement, we intent to partner directly with the manufacturer so that we can have direct support, our branding and a long term partnership. We are also in touch with few Shenzhen companies about this and now we are in process to soon finalize our partner manufacturer. That is the reason that my team is eager to evaluate the sample product.
 
Apart from IP CCTV systems, if you also manufacture other DIY systems then that will be a plus for both of us mutually during our evaluation. We will be interested to know about this.
 
We would like to be upfront with our partner and kindly note that our plans are as below:
1.       Terms must be mutually agreed.
2.       Receive the sample camera (Max. 2 Nos. Dome and Bullet – the one which we will be using in projects) along with a 4 Channel NVR – PERFORMANCE AND FEATURE TESTING
3.       If all goes well then initial order will be placed which will be at least 50-60 Nos. cameras along with 8-10 NVRs – May be kits – SAMPLE INSTALLATION TO THE COMMUNITY AND END USERS – Before January end 2018
4.       Once handed-over, the next order shall be of 150+ cameras along with 30-40 NVRs – Completing phase 1 of the project – Before Feb. end 2018
5.       Every month 1st week or last week, we will be placing the orders based on progress.
If the above goes as per plan then by the end of 2018, we would have done the business of at least 2000+ cameras and 500+ NVR only from IP CCTV solutions. This is something we are certain and hence we are very particular on features and product stability as well as our branding. We do not need branding in samples but from STEP 3 and onwards, we would definitely need our branding on cameras, NVRs, monitoring software and iOS/Android app. If there is any additional charges for the same then please let us know. However, kindly note that we have shared with you our minimal forecast for 2018 which should be considered as bare minimum and it has bright chances of exceeding way beyond this.
 
Please share your thoughts and if we are mutually agreed then we can take the further steps.

Can you please share more information on the below points:
 
1.       Is there a customizable camera kit – Domes and Bullet style or Mix of both ? Do you also provide IP66/IK10 PTZ (may be in the kit for 8 camera kit)
2.       Does the NVR in the kit has built in PoE ports for cameras or there is an additional module which needs separate external power supply ?
3.       Please explain how the NVR shall be communicating with Android or iPhone via 3G/4G internet connection ? Is there a built in router in the NVR which uses port forwarding or it directly supports P2P or we would need some extra hardware to get the streaming on the phones or tablets  via internet ?
4.       Please share the technical details / specifications of the cameras and NVR included in the kits.
5.       Please share the details along with prices of individual IP PoE Cameras (Dome, Bullet and PTZ style), NVRs (4 Channel, 6 Channel, 8 Channel, 16 Channel and more) and accessories. We do not prefer WiFi cameras. We prefer the NVRs with built in PoE ports as per the kit size.
6.       Can your manufacturing unit label the cameras and monitoring software with our company logo ?
