This is a big building IP CCTV system bidding requirement and Sysvideo's solution, its use 386 pieces 3 megapixel and 2 megapixel HD IP cameras and 4 pieces 128 channels 16 HDD SATA RAID NVR.

Bidder Should Mention and Provide All Needed Hardware for the Recording Software.
Bidder must attach all hardware official datasheet.
The system should be able to record for 10 days (bidder must mention the calculation for the storage size needed for recording at 12 frame rate, full resolution, recording on motion detection).

Recording space calculator:

Bitrate: 3MP@12fps use 4Mbps, 2MP@12fps use 2.5Mbps.

The total recording space for 10days x 24hours record= 4Mbps/8*3600s*24h*10days*369pcs + 2.5Mbps/8*3600s*24h*10days*17pcs =159408000MB+4590000MB=160154GB=156TB

If use motion detection, it should can save 50% storage, so it is up to 78.5 TB.

If using 4TB hard disk, need hard disk quantity = 78.5TB / 4TB /0.9 = 22 pcs, if using RAID5 recording, we need to add redundant hard disk.

NVR choosing:

There are 369 pcs 3MP IP camera, and 17pcs 2MP IP camera,3MP camera need around 1.5 time resource than 2MP 1080P cameras , so if use 1080P NVR, need around=369*1.5 + 17=570 channels 2MP 1080.
We can choose Sysvideo 128ch 1080P 16 HDD RAID NVR, need 570/128= 5 nos NVR. If only choose 12fps recording, 4 nos NVR is enough.
